Crusoe raised more than $3 billion in a round that values the AI infrastructure company at about $30 billion, TechCrunch and The Next Web reported Sept. 3, both citing Bloomberg.

Atreides Management and Valor Equity Partners co-led the round, joined by Mubadala Capital, the asset management arm of Abu Dhabi's sovereign wealth fund, according to both outlets.

The valuation is nearly triple the roughly $10 billion Crusoe reached after its $1.375 billion Series E in October 2025, TechCrunch reported.

Crusoe builds and operates data centers for Meta, Microsoft and OpenAI and recently signed a $13 billion, five-year deal to supply GPUs and infrastructure to trading firm Jane Street, according to TechCrunch. The company has held early talks with Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley about an eventual IPO, The Next Web reported.

Crusoe's rise tracks the broader AI infrastructure buildout: whoever owns the power contracts and the data centers gets paid regardless of which lab or which model wins the next round of the AI race.
